Machu Picchu Guide Service – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Machu Picchu is one of the most iconic places in Peru and a true bucket-list destination. While the ruins are impressive on their own, exploring Machu Picchu with a knowledgeable local guide makes the experience far more meaningful. A professional guide helps you understand the history, symbolism, and stories behind this ancient Inca citadel.

Below, we answer the most common questions about hiring a Machu Picchu guide service, including private and small group options, duration, circuits, pricing, and what to expect.
